Per-seat pricing punishes you for growing. Every new estimator, project manager or office hire adds another line to the bill, and the number nobody quoted you at the start is the one that shows up on the invoice.
How our pricing works
You pick a plan. That plan has one monthly price. Add people to your company and the price does not change.
- Starter, $49 a month: one tool, your choice of the Construction Bid Manager or PoPs Estimating.
- Pro, $179 a month: the core suite together: Bid Manager, Estimating, Project Tracker, Markup, Submittal Builder and Scope & Schedule.
- Enterprise, $349 a month: everything, including Ledger, Procurement, Field, Owner Dashboard and Client Portal.
Three people or thirty on the same plan: the same price.
Field crew are never counted
People who work in the field, filling in tickets and daily reports, do not count toward anything. Only your office users are people in the company, and there is no charge for adding them.
The one limit, said plainly
Companies that sign up with a free email address (like Gmail) can add up to 10 office users. Sign up with a company email address and that limit goes away. It is not a charge. It is how we keep one person’s trial from becoming a free account for a whole crew.
No surprise add-ons
Extra modules are listed with their monthly price on the pricing page. If something is not on that page, it is not a hidden fee.
AI features, if you choose to use them, are pay-as-you-go credits. Everything else is the flat plan price.

FAQ
Is there a limit on how many people I can add?
No charge per person. Free-email accounts can add up to 10 office users; a company email removes that limit.
Do my field crew cost extra?
