Construction Bid Manager is construction bid management software built to replace all of it with one real pipeline: every incoming lead moves through Assigned, In Progress, Submitted, and Won/Lost, with nothing falling through the cracks because it’s not written down somewhere else.
It’s built around three role tiers — Owner, Chief Estimator, Estimator — so a small company can actually control who sees pricing and who’s allowed to submit a bid, not just who’s logged in. Sub and vendor quotes come back through real RFQs instead of a forwarded email chain, and the drawing takeoff workspace does measurement directly on the canvas, so pricing traces back to an actual quantity instead of a guess.
Construction Bid Manager is one of ten modules in PoPs Suite, and it’s built to hand off cleanly to the rest: win a bid here, and one click moves the job into PoPs Project Tracker to run it — budget, billing, schedule, and field tracking, without re-entering anything that was already typed into the bid.
