Solution
Affordable Estimating Software for Small Contractors
Finally, an affordable estimating program. Most estimating software is priced for companies with a full-time estimator and a software budget. A small contractor ends up choosing between a tool that costs more than the jobs it helps win, and a spreadsheet that gets harder to trust with every bid.
What it costs
PoPs Estimating is part of the Starter plan at $49 a month. You can also pay $539 a year, or $899 once for a perpetual license to run the software. Starter lets you pick one tool, PoPs Estimating or Construction Bid Manager.
Pricing is per plan, not per seat. Adding a person does not raise the price. See the full pricing page for the Pro and Enterprise plans.
What you get for it
Real, SKU-level parts catalogs across 15 CSI divisions, with over 42,000 items in Electrical alone, so you price a job by picking real parts and not by building a price list first. Takeoff happens on the drawing: Count, Linear Feet and Square Feet. The measurements feed straight into a Bid Summary with markup you control. When you win the job, the estimate hands off to PoPs Project Tracker as the starting budget.
Try it before you pay
The 14-day free trial includes all 9 core modules and needs no credit card. If you buy during the trial, your account is upgraded in place.
